Can I return my order?

Yes, that is possible.

If you are dissatisfied with an ordered item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all items purchased in the Winter and Spring sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see the terms and conditions here. 


How can I return my order?

If you are dissatisfied with a product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days* (winter and spring sale excluded) 

The product must be returned in its original condition with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse the return if there is a suspicion that the product was already in use or was damaged through no fault of our own. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.

A return shipment must be made with Track & Trace Code. The sender is always responsible for the costs and shipping.

After we have received the returned items from you, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within five days.

Damaged products. 

Damaged products can be replaced within 30 days of receiving. Refund will not be given. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please always check the condition of your order right after receiving it.
