Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 business day.
Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped via an environmentally friendly carrier through USPS that offsets carbon emissions.
4-12 business days within the United States.
We have partnered with a delivery service that offers CO2-neutral shipping. We feel it is part of our duty to think about the environment.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location. While we'll do our best to get your order to you quickly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order through our email confirmation email.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 20 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@selenathelabel.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
How can I return my order?
Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to support@selenathelabel.com. A Selena team-member will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate your return.
Please do not return goods without contacting Selena The Label first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition.
It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. STL does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Returns process must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
STL only accepts returns of product purchased from www.selenathelabel.com All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
