Promotional Terms & Conditions

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all SelenaTheLabel promotional sales, including Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year promotions.
• All promotions run during a single promotional period from 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026. Any advertised offers, including Buy One, Get One Free, are valid only during this period.
• Please note that we do not guarantee delivery before Christmas due to possible courier delays. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are not delivered before Christmas.
• All promotional offers are valid only within the dates stated above.
  All prices are displayed as shown on the website. Discounts have already been applied and are reflected in the “Was” price.
• Promotions apply only to SelenaTheLabel (STL) products. Sale items include all products marked as sale.
• All orders placed during promotional sale periods are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
• SelenaTheLabel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.
